Ещё есть как минимум Курасов. О, и Вика Петрик ещё. Возможно критериями является участие во взрослых и в детских мероприятиях? (Но мне на самом деле всё равно, я не знаю. :)

по Вашей логике, все, кто числится в этой номинации, должны быть продублированы в категориях «певец» и «певица». но таких, кроме него, больше нет – все участвуют только в одной категории. Или – или.

Вы внимательно прочитали мой ответ? Любой певец ртом или аналогичная певица которой ещё нет 21 года как бы автоматически считается юным дарованием, которому место и здесь и там.
Не уверен что механизм именно таков и действительно работает автоматически, но во всяком случае, логика двойного номинирования явно такова.

Хотя раньше в этой категории были те. кому до 18.
