пользуюсь только тампаксом т.к. не представляю как можно без аппликатора?? ну ладно дома, ещё пойму, но на работе?? даже если руки помыл всё равно ещё дверь открыть-закрыть за собой надо и что?? да и вообще как-то это не гигиенично пальцами засовыть тампон.... поэтому только тампакс, хотя допускаю, что по впитываемости, возможно, есть и лучше.
