Второй раз бросила курить с помощью Табекса.
Первый раз со стажем курения 10 лет. Бросила за 2 недели, даже курс продолжать не стала. Не курила 3,5 года, начала год назад снова «благодаря» работе, где самые важные вопросы как всегда решаются в курилке. Опять купила Табекс, второй раз бросать сложнее было. Опять пропила 2 недели, курить не хочется. Тем более сигареты подорожали, а это большая мотивация бросить)

Сама не курю, но знаю далеко не одного человека, который бросил курить с помощью Табекса. Главное – четко следовать инструкции

Мы с парнем бросали курить по-разному. Книгу Карра он прочел раза три и толком она ему не помогла — только появилось отвращение к сигаретам, а не курить не мог. Попили вместе с ним Табекс и вот он уже год не курит :) Я вот слабее оказалась — пол-года продержалась, а потом тоже из-за стресса закурила снова…

мне помог пластырь НЕКОРЕТТЕ Курила 7 лет, сейчас уже 6 месяцев не курю :) 2 этапа по 7 дней
